If your order consists of goods in stock, then we will ship the same day or the following weekday.
If the item(s), you received are no as expected or something went wrong, then please contact webshop@bike-shoppen.dk and we will find a solution. Do not worry. Broken goods will be exchanged with new intact ones or credited, depending on the customers wishes. Wrong delivered items will be exchanged with right ones free of charge. Missing items from received package will be delivered free of charge. Miss delivered items will be send back to us free of chage. Customer will have 14 days of Right to withdrawal after receiving the ordered item(s). |
